Never thought you belive in one time transaction. Tried calling atleat 15 times , after few seconds music phone get disconnected. I had purchased Uniden Digital phone on 16-11-2007, which is not functioning , the number which is given on the manual is not working. I have spent 4800.00 for the piece and within 6 months time it has stopped working. Can you help???? rmbhat@mtnl.net.in

I am disaoppointed at your after sale services. It is very frustrating. I purchased LG split A/C vide Inv No 184578 on 20th April. During installation my wife struggled to get across to your show room on phone 67103333 while I was away but failed despite repeated calls for nearly 6 hrs ! Suggest you too should try calling your own showroom number to feel the heat as it is always put on hold / music and no one bothers to answer. I had to call up my office and send a peon to your showroom to obtain the necessary replies. So much for simple communication.
Now for last 3 days the newly fitted A/C has developed a technical snag for which I had lodged a complaint under extended warrant scheme. No one has turned up to attend until the time of writing this mail. I had to face a serious social embarrassement among my family and friends while I had arranged an important family function in my hall and the newly fitted A/C failed to function on that sultry evening. Atleast 40 VIP guests have carried the impression of LG and more so of CROMA and am sure they all will spread the word of your apathy !!
I also purchased TATA SKY connection from your show room, subscription ID 1015971169, under super saver pack but can view only handful of channels. All my attempts to contact TATA SKY on 020 66006633 have literally failed. Just like your phone, you hear all those sweet recorded introductory messages but can never get across to speak to any one.
I am seriously feeling cheated and will not hesitate to repersent my case to consumer court to get justice.
I am ready to accept a reasonable answer or explaination but some one has to answer the phone atleast. You have to learn to value others time and effort, Sir.
