a good pair of sturdy shoes to walk around
Mumbai. The city offers a variety of areas
where tourists can spend hours either window
shopping on the lanes in Colaba or walk down
Chowpatty till the sun sets. Bata, is still
the staple shoe company of Indians famous
for their strong shoes. Bata, however offers
a very limited variety of shoes to choose
from.
Those with can eclectic taste in footwear
can try Scandal and Metro shoes. These shops
offer a wide range of shoes from regular running
shoes to fancy party shoes and have branches across the city.
If you would like to pick up local shoes that
dont cost much, try the hundreds of shoe stalls
at Linking Road, Khar. Be warned, their age
is directly proportional to their cost price.
